Renovise Media ("we", "us") provides advertising and appointment-booking services for kitchen and bathroom companies. • Booking details. When you book a strategy call we collect your name, email address, phone number, company details and anything you write in the booking form. Bookings are handled by Calendly, which processes this data on our behalf.
• Enquiry details from ads. If you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes us the contact details you provided.
• Usage and device data. Pages viewed, referring URL, campaign parameters (UTM tags, click identifiers such as fbclid), approximate location, browser and device type.
• Direct correspondence. Emails, calls and messages you send us.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. Optional analytics and advertising cookies only load after you accept them in our cookie banner:

• Google Analytics 4 — measures page views, scroll depth, FAQ interactions, CTA clicks and completed bookings so we can improve the site. Google acts as our data processor; see Google's privacy policy.
• Meta Pixel — measures which advertising campaigns lead to booked calls and allows Meta to optimise and, where permitted, retarget ads. This sets first-party cookies and shares event data with Meta.
• Calendly — the embedded scheduling widget on our booking page sets cookies needed to display and complete a booking.

Until you accept, Google Consent Mode is set to denied and the Meta Pixel's consent is revoked, so no analytics or advertising cookies are stored. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's cookies and site data in your browser, which will bring the banner back.

• To measure and improve our website and advertising performance.
• To meet legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations.

Our lawful bases are your consent (optional cookies and marketing emails), performance of a contract or steps taken at your request (handling your enquiry and delivering services), and our legitimate interests in running and improving our business.

You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email, or by emailing us directly. Every marketing email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

If you download a guide or sign up for updates, we may email you with related tips, new resources, and service updates. You can stop these emails at any time by clicking the one-click unsubscribe link in the footer of every marketing email, or by emailing hello@renovisemedia.com. We process unsubscribe requests immediately and do not send further marketing emails to an unsubscribed address.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate: Calendly (scheduling), Google (analytics), Meta (advertising measurement), our email and CRM providers, and our hosting provider. Where relevant we also share qualified appointment details with the remodeling company whose campaign generated your enquiry. Some of these providers are based outside your country, and transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Enquiry and booking records are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact unless we have an ongoing relationship or a legal reason to keep them longer. Analytics data is retained according to the standard retention settings of the tools above.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@renovisemedia.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
